● 4 large chicken breasts
● 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning
● 1/3 cup mayonnaise
● 1 1/2 cups cooked bacon
● 3 minced garlic cloves
● 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
Topping:
● 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
● 6 slices of bacon, cooked and chopped
instructions
1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
2. Cover an oven tray with aluminum foil and set it aside.
3. Add 1 1/2 cups of shredded bacon to a food processor, then add garlic and salt, and blend until finely chopped. Transfer the mixture to a large bowl.
4. In a medium bowl, add mayonnaise and mix with ranch seasoning.
5. Dip each chicken breast in the mayonnaise mixture, then roll in the bacon mixture until well coated. Put it on the baking tray. Repeat with the remaining chicken breasts.
6. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over it and the remaining portion of bacon.
7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until chicken is cooked through.
8. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.

● 4 boneless chicken breasts
● olive oil for barbecue
infusion:
● 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
● 1/3 cup of red wine vinegar
● 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
● 1 tablespoon lemon peel
● 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
● 1 tablespoon fresh chopped onion
● 3 cloves of fresh garlic, minced garlic
● 1 teaspoon dried basil
● 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
● 1/2 teaspoon Italian herbs
● 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
● 1 tablespoon of sugar
● 1/4 teaspoon salt or as desired
● 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
instructions
1. Mix all dressing ingredients in a large mixing bowl or freezing bag.
2. Pierce the chicken breasts with a fork several times and put them in the marinade.
3. Soak for 30 minutes or up to 4 hours before cooking.
4. Preheat the grill over medium to high heat. Or place a cast iron grill pan over medium to high heat. Grease it well with olive oil.
5. Grill chicken on each side for 7-8 minutes or until no longer pink in center and chicken reaches 165°F.
6. Rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
